Not only do we prioritize our work flow to not exceed more than 1 - 2 jobs at a time, we offer two different payment models for you to select from on larger projects.
- A Flat Rate System is where we estimate a flat costs for the work discussed and a flat cost for anything extra added or encountered throughout the duration of the job.
- A Cost Plus System is where we bill our direct costs plus an agreed upon percentage above those costs. This system helps to keep costs constant while the project develops and allows the ease to make modifications to the project as desired.

Finally have our dream home! After a long journey of finding the perfect home we finally hired Zano to turn our vision into reality. Zano's team gutted and transformed our Kitchen, master bath and closet area, other bathrooms, floors, laundry room and many other odds and ends that needed a face lift!
